MIGHTY MOVEMENT

MIGHTY MINDS
Mighty Minds is a preventative and proactive program that uses yoga and mindfulness practices to help students improve attention, cognitive abilities and executive functioning as well as help change negative automation, improve mood and increase well-being through the development of self-awareness, self-regulation and pro-social behavior. This program can also be used in conjunction with Positive Behavioral Interventions and Support (PBIS).  All students in a classroom are able to participate in our program; however, it is often used as an intervention for Tier 2 and 3 students.
